Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Northern CO in Fort Collins, CO is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide 1-on-1 in-home care, supporting seniors to stay safe and independent at home. Flexible shifts available, full-time or part-time.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping and provide companionship, with training and support from management.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA certification.
• CNA experience in home care, home health, assisted living, long-term care or hospital settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• A caring, patient and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with transfers, mobility and fall prevention.
• Give medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and do light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and run errands.
• Keep accurate care notes.
