Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 in-home care to one client at a time.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Help with transfers, mobility and fall prevention.
• Give medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and run errands; keep care notes.
