Job summary

Jimmy Jazz in Washington state is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Assisted Living team. You will help residents with daily living activities to maintain independence and dignity, including personal care, meal support and mobility assistance.

We offer a $750 recruitment bonus, medical/dental/vision options, 2,000+ in healthcare support, FSA, PTO after 90 days, retirement plan after one year, EAP and cafe discounts.

Qualifications

• Active Washington CNA credential required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming and hygiene support.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and monitor eating habits.
• Perform delegated medication technician tasks when applicable.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas.
• Encourage participation in activities and assist with mobility.
• Support care plans and communicate with families and staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Help with supplies, linens and general housekeeping.
• Be willing to work rotating shifts and overtime; train new staff.

Are you passionate about supporting others and making a difference in daily lives? We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Assisted Living team. In this role, you'll assist residents with daily living activities and help each maintain their highest level of independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Assist residents with meals and report any changes in eating habits
• Complete delegated medication technician tasks as applicable
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in resident rooms and common areas
• Help residents participate in activities and move safely throughout the facility
• Support individualized care plans and participate in care planning with families and staff
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Assist with supplies, linens, and general housekeeping tasks
• Be willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and help train new team members

Position Highlights:

• Schedule - Week 1: 24hrs, Week 2: 32hrs

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds an active Washington state CNA credential
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Has or is willing to obtain BLS and First Aid certifications
• Delegated Assistant certification or willingness to obtain
• Willingness to complete required trainings
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
• Works well in a team and takes initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to promoting dignity, comfort, and respect in resident care
