About Us

Ridgecrest Village is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. The CNA will provide nursing care to residents and assist them with daily activities.

Responsibilities

1. Resident Care: Instill confidence and trust, provide hygiene and daily living assistance (toileting, bathing, showers), support with meals, ambulate, turn, and position residents as needed.
2. Professional Development: Maintain specialized training and perform additional tasks relevant to assigned residents or areas.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent for long-term care.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
