Job summary

CareOne at Concord is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for part-time and per diem shifts in Concord, MA. Earn $20–$28 per hour with compensation based on experience, credentials, shifts, and applicable differentials.

We seek dedicated nursing staff who can assist with basic patient care, mobility, feeding, bathing, and linens under nursing supervision. Active MA CNA certification and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Nursing Assistant certification in the state of MA.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $20 - $28 per hour.

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shifts, and, if applicable, differentials related to a specific shift(s)/and or day(s).

We are looking for Part-Time and Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team!

• Basic patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Perform duties, such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens.
• Active nursing aide certification in the state of operation.
• Prefer experience with patients of all ages in a SNF setting. Dedication to quality care.

Position Requirements

• Must be a certified or state tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
• Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
• Must have patience tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
