Nexushm is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a supportive environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help residents stay comfortable and safe.

The role offers multiple shifts including mornings, afternoons, and nights, with full- and part-time options. Active Illinois CNA certification and strong communication skills are required to join our team.

Position Overview:As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality resident care. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support resident comfort and well-being.

Available Schedules:

7am to 3:15pm (Full & Part Time)

3pm to 11:15pm (Full & Part Time)

11pm to 7:15am (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Follow Infection Control & Safety Protocols
