Job summary

Home Instead Charlotte is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver dedicated in-home care to aging adults across the Greater Charlotte area. Join us for true 1-on-1 care, meaningful connections, and a schedule built around your life.

We offer flexible shifts in multiple neighborhoods, paid professional training, and 24/7 office support. A valid NC CNA registro and 1+ year experience are required, plus a driver’s license and background check.

Qualifications

• Active NC-CNA registry listing in good standing.
• 1+ years of hands-on caregiving experience preferred (facility, home care, or memory care settings).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
• Foster genuine companionship and emotional well-being.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Transportation and errands.
