We’re seeking a dedicated CNA Home Health Aide contractor to join our team. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule while providing routine healthcare services in clients’ homes. This role allows you to design a work schedule that suits both your needs and those of your clients.

Responsibilities

You will follow care plans to provide safe and competent care, assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation, help with mobility, and perform routine housekeeping tasks. Additionally, you will monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.
• Must pass a criminal background check and provide evidence of a health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers.

Como contratista independiente 1099, tendrás la flexibilidad de establecer tu propio horario mientras brindas servicios de atención médica rutinaria en los hogares de los clientes. Este puesto te permite diseñar un horario de trabajo que se ajuste tanto a tus necesidades como a las de tus clientes.

Responsabilidades

Seguirás los planes de atención para proporcionar cuidados seguros y competentes, ayudar con la higiene personal y la preparación de comidas, apoyar en la movilidad y realizar tareas de limpieza rutinarias. Además, deberás monitorear y reportar cualquier cambio en las condiciones de los clientes o en la situación de su hogar al Administrador de Casos RN.

Requisitos

• Título de secundaria o equivalente.
• Completar las horas de formación requeridas por el estado, si aplica.
• Conocimiento básico de aplicaciones informáticas e internet para la elaboración de informes.
• Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas y realizar varias tareas a la vez.
• Actitud profesional y compasiva, con conocimientos sobre el uso seguro de equipos orientados al cliente.
• Debe pasar una verificación de antecedentes penales y proporcionar evidencia de un estado de salud que no represente un riesgo para los clientes u otros cuidadores.
