Berlin Health & Rehabilitation Center in Barre, Vermont is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and support our licensed nursing staff in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

You will help with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, vital signs, and documentation while maintaining a clean, safe environment and responding promptly to resident needs.

Qualifikationen

• Vermont CNA certification required before start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA or caregiver experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred; new grads welcome.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act appropriately in emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe resident environment.
• Complete daily documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide respectful, compassionate, resident-centered care at all times.
