ArkHaven Home Care LLC in Roseville, MN is seeking caring CNAs/Caregivers to join our team. You will provide hands-on support to residents, helping them maintain independence while ensuring comfort, safety, and overall well-being in a home-like setting.

We offer a part-time schedule with evening and weekend shifts, supportive team environment, opportunities for growth, and benefits including paid sick leave and FMLA. Previous caregiving experience is valued, with CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or active CNA status required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check clearance required; strong communication and teamwork skills a must.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisors.
• Administer medications (if trained/authorized) per policy and by plan.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies.

Availability:

• Friday – Sunday (Morning): 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Monday - Thursday (Evening): 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday - Sunday (Evening): 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
