Job summary

Brookstone Estates, Emerald Glen, & Grand Victorian in Rantoul, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA to provide compassionate care on the 1st shift. You will support residents with daily living activities and follow individualized care plans.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and a current CNA certification, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and families. Join a team focused on dignity, respect, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
