Heritage Woods of Plainfield in Plainfield, IL is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 1st shift. You will provide individualized care, assist residents with daily living activities, and promptly report changes to the clinical team.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and current CNA certification, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to support residents with love, compassion and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in learning opportunities through seminars, staff meetings and other experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules for resident information.
