Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Rockford, IL is seeking a Full-Time CNA at Heritage Woods of Rockford to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and document changes in health status per the care plan.

The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with a CNA certification, excellent communication, and a demonstrated commitment to dignity and empathy.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through seminars and meetings.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.

• Position Type: Full Time
• Salary Range: $17.75 - $17.75 Hourly
• Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
