Job summary

Deer Path of Huntley is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our full-time team in Huntley, IL. You will provide individualized resident care and assist with ADLs, following each resident’s plan to promote independence and dignity.

You will monitor health changes with the clinical team, build meaningful connections with residents and families, and participate in ongoing training and meetings. The role emphasizes confidentiality, respectful care, and a team-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities
