Job summary

Wakefield Care and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate clinical team in Wakefield, KS. You will provide total care to residents, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and uphold HIPAA/privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Current Kansas CNA certification/registration

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care
• Recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight) and conducting range-of-motion exercises
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or appetite
• Maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and team members through a warm and professional approach

What You’ll Do:

As a CNA, you play a vital role in providing total care to our residents, including:
