Job summary

The Springs at Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL, is seeking a caring CNA for AM and PM shifts in our skilled nursing and long-term care community. Full-time and part-time roles are available; weekend work is required for some shifts. We’re known for excellence and a supportive team.

Offer ranges: $21.00–$24.50 per hour, with $1.50 shift differential on 2nd/3rd shifts, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO and holidays, and employee assistance.

Qualifications

• Qualified CNA with experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care.
• AM and PM shifts available; ability to work weekends.
• Part-time roles include every other weekend; full-time offerings available.
