Job summary

Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is hiring CNAs for The Springs. We offer full-time and part-time roles on all shifts with every-other-weekend requirements. Base pay ranges $21.00–$24.50/hour, plus shift and weekend differentials, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• CNA experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care settings.
• Compassionate patient care and teamwork.

Are you an experienced CNA who enjoys working with residents in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting? At The Springs at Monarch Landing, we’re looking for dependable, compassionate CNAs who take pride in providing excellent care and being part of a great team.

We Are Hiring For All Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.


• 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.


• 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Part‑time positions are available on all shifts, with full‑time opportunities available on 2nd shift. Every‑other‑weekend availability is required. CNA experience is required.

What We Offer

• $21.00–$24.50/hour, based on experience


• $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
