Job summary

ArchCare is seeking a part-time Evening CNA in Staten Island to assist residents with daily living activities under RN/LPN supervision. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals, and report changes to the supervisor.

Requirements include NY State CNA certification and a High School Diploma/GED. The program includes accrued vacation, sick days, holidays, and 403(b) participation.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Transfer residents to/from activities and meals per service plans.
• Serve meals to residents in dining rooms or apartments.
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
• Promote quality services within state and federal regulations.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN, performs various resident care activities and related non-professional duties for the specific needs and comfort of the aged and those that need our help.
