Job summary

Benevolent Hearts Home Care is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our in-home care team in North Richland Hills, TX and nearby areas. You will help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes with compassionate support for daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts when needed
• Support clients living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia
• Assist with stroke recovery and hospice clients per care plan
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Caregiver & CNA Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in the state of Texas or one year of experience caregiving while you wait to take your CNA skills test
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
• Ability to work in a home with pets such as cats and dogs
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
