Freeman Health System is seeking a dedicated CNA for the Stroke Unit (CMU) to provide basic nursing care under supervision for assigned patients. The role supports stroke and dialysis patients on a Level II Stroke Accredited unit.
Expect completion of unit competency within 120 days, active Missouri CNA license, and successful orientation within 30 days. BLS and CPI training are required within stated timeframes. On-site full-time night shifts offer comprehensive benefits.

The cardiac medical unit is a 35-bed department consisting of multidisciplinary teams of RNs, LPNs, nurse technicians, and ancillary staff. We work together to provide compassionate patient care for stroke and dialysis patients. CMU serves Freeman and our community as the designated stroke floor to help maintain a Level II Stroke Accreditation. We serve a population of hemodynamically stable neuro-medical and renal patients.
