Job summary

Spring Mill Health Campus in Merrillville, Indiana is seeking Certified Nurse’s Assistants (CNAs) to join a caring team. We offer flexible schedules including part-time and full-time roles with evening and midnight shifts, DailyPay, competitive wages, and strong staffing support.

As a CNA you will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, support hygiene, and report changes to supervisors. Training and advancement opportunities are available to grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including meals, ambulation, hydration, and nourishment.
• Support personal hygiene needs such as bathing, toileting, and bed positioning.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, intake/output, and urine testing.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests, and assist with transportation as needed.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing supervisor.

Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

As a Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life while maintaining a clean, healthy, and supportive setting. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living, recording vital signs, providing ambulatory support, and ensuring residents’ hygiene and comfort needs are met through individualized care.

CNA Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
