Job summary

Crown Point Health Campus is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our resident-focused team on a full-time basis. You will support residents with compassionate care and work closely with nurses to ensure safety and comfort.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time 10-day CNA positions, daily pay after shifts, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental after 60 days, plus tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification in Indiana.
• Prior CNA experience preferred—but we’re happy to invest in those new to the field.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supporting resident comfort and safety with patience, respect, and dignity.
• Taking and recording vital signs; observing changes and clearly communicating with nursing staff.
• Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and facility policies.
