Job summary

Bitterroot Health in Montana is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time temporary role. The CNA provides daily living assistance, helps with meals, ambulation, and monitors vital signs, documenting intake and output while collaborating with the care team.

Requirements include a Montana CNA license in good standing and Basic Life Support (BLS). The schedule is 36 hours per week on day shifts, with eligibility for our full benefits package and ongoing pathway training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Montana CNA license in good standing with BLS.
• EMR experience and basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance including meals, mobility, and positioning.
• Monitor vitals, record intake/output, and communicate patient condition to the care team.
• Collaborate with nursing and allied staff to ensure quality patient care.

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a C.N.A. position.A certified nursing assistant provides assistance to the professional nursing staff providing care to patients with various acuity across the age spectrum. Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning patients. Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs, weight, blood glucose and records intake and output information. Collaborates with ancillary staff and communicates with care team and co-workers regarding patient condition. Participates in quality and performance improvement projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Licensure and Certifications: Current CNA license per State of Montana Regulations with certification in good standing without disciplinary action or investigation.Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Computer Skills/EMR experience preferred.

Schedule:
