Job summary

Altea Healthcare in Kokomo, IN and Peru, IN seeks a Certified Nurse Practitioner for a part-time, traveling role between two facilities in the Kokomo and Peru area. You will diagnose, treat, and guide patients in post-acute and skilled nursing care, with emphasis on geriatrics and primary care.

Ongoing training and mentorship are provided to support both experienced providers and new graduates. The position offers high pay, flexible scheduling, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• NP license (or eligibility to obtain) is required.
• All experience levels welcome; training and mentorship available.
• Passion for geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As a Certified NP, you will be a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients to better health. No two days are the same!

Your daily responsibilities include:
