Job summary

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide direct primary care to patients within the scope of state laws and LCDF policies. You will build diagnostic/treatment plans, educate patients, and collaborate with care teams across multiple LCDF sites in Southern New Mexico.

Applicants should be licensed as a NM NP or eligible, with board certification in primary care. DEA and NM Pharmacy certs are preferred; a valid NM Driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Licensed by the NM Board of Nursing to practice or eligible.
Board Certification in a primary care specialty.
DEA and NM Pharmacy certifications.
Current NM Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
Graduate from Nurse Practitioner program.
Primary care training preferred but not required.

Job Summary:
Provides direct primary care health services to LCDF patients within the scope of laws and regulations.

Core Competencies:

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all employees and department needs.
