Job summary

La Clinica de Familia Inc is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide direct primary care health services to LCDF patients within the scope of laws and regulations. The role requires independent practice and strong patient education skills.

Candidates should be licensed or eligible as NPs in New Mexico, with DEA certification and a current driver's license. Community-oriented work and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are desirable assets for serving diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the NM Board of Nursing to practice or eligible for licensure.
• Board Certification in a primary care specialty.
• DEA certification and NM Board of Pharmacy certification where applicable.
• Must have a current NM Driver's License and auto insurance.
• Graduate from Nurse Practitioner program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct primary care health services to LCDF patients within legal/regulatory scope.
• Formulate and implement diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff and patients while ensuring confidentiality.

Job Summary:
Provides direct primary care health services to LCDF patients within the scope of laws and regulations.

• Must be a self-initiating and adaptable with ability to communicate to a variety of staff members.
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be highly organized.

• Must be able to work and problem solve independently.
• Cultural competence with Hispanic population.
• Basic office procedures relevant to duties contracted for according to primary care.
• Effective communication and patient education skills.

Job Requirements:
