Job summary

Oula is expanding its maternity care team and seeks a Certified Nurse-Midwife to deliver full-scope perinatal care across multiple settings, including clinics, a partner hospital, and virtual visits. You will provide patient-centered, judgment-free care and contribute to developing a best-in-class care model.

You will collaborate with OB-GYNs, nurses, and care navigators, attend low-risk births as the primary delivering clinician, and engage with the patient portal to enhance access and outcomes

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure to practice midwifery.
• AMCB CNM or Certified Midwife certification required.
• Telemedicine or virtual care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides full-scope midwifery care during pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum across clinics, hospital, or virtual settings.
• Attends births as primary delivering clinician for low-risk patients.
• Collaborates with obstetricians, nurses, and care teams to deliver holistic care.
• Educates patients about the midwifery model and leverages technology to enhance care.
• Works with product/engineering to improve the patient portal and care delivery.
