A leading healthcare organization is seeking a part-time Certified Nurse Midwife, Lead, to oversee performance management and support CNMs in collaboration with OB/GYNs. The Providence Women’s Clinics at St. Vincent has an opening for a part-time, 0.2 FTE, Certified Nurse Midwife, Lead. The Lead will be responsible for performance management, oversight of the hiring process, and training of the Certified Nurse Midwives. The Lead will also support the Certified Nurse Midwives in their work collaborating with OB/GYNs and OB Hospitalists, ensuring reasonably consistent workloads and job expectations across the specialty, and communicating PWC and regional initiatives to the CNM workforce.
