Cleveland Clinic is seeking a nationally certified Certified Nurse Midwife Advanced Practice Provider to join our CNM team. The role includes full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, inpatient and outpatient collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include prenatal to postpartum care, labor management, contraception services, education, and coordinating with the care team to ensure high quality patient outcomes.

Formación

• MSN required by hire or within 3 years for external hires and internal hires moving to APRN licensed role.
• Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
• Must hold RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• National CNM certification; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as work setting dictates.
• Ability to work in outpatient and inpatient settings with a collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Take medical histories and perform physical exams; establish diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Provide full-scope CNM care including contraception (IUDs) and intrapartum management.
• Prescribe and monitor medications; coordinate with physicians and care teams.
• Educate patients on diseases, treatments, and medication side effects.
• Lead rounds with nursing and medical teams; ensure continuity of care.
• Discharge planning, regulatory compliance and quality improvement participation.
• Mentor and onboard new caregivers; promote evidence-based practice.
