Job summary

UW Health in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a large team of 17 CNMs across five outpatient clinics. You will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including pregnancy, postpartum, contraception, STI treatment, and preventive GYN services, across multiple sites.

You will cover ambulatory and inpatient obstetric care, work with a dedicated team, and contribute to high-quality, patient- and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nurse Midwifery.
• RN licenses in State of Wisconsin.
• Nurse Midwife license in State of Wisconsin.
• Advanced Practice Prescriber license in State of Wisconsin.
• Certification from the American College of Nurse Midwifery.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for a diverse community of women at several different clinics.
• Provide inpatient care to obstetrical patients in triage, labor, birth, and postpartum.
• Be part of a team who strives to provide outstanding patient- and family-centered care.
• Provide clinic coverage on an as needed basis.
