UW Health in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a large team of 17 CNMs across five outpatient clinics. You will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including pregnancy, postpartum, contraception, STI treatment, and preventive GYN services, across multiple sites.
You will cover ambulatory and inpatient obstetric care, work with a dedicated team, and contribute to high-quality, patient- and family-centered care.
Join our large team of 17 Certified Nurse Midwives providing obstetric and gynecologic care in 5 outpatient clinic locations in Madison. Our midwives see patients and families throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period, and also provide full-scope GYN care including contraceptive care, STI treatment, abnormal uterine bleeding, and preventative GYN care.
Work schedule varies with mix of outpatient clinic Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and inpatient coverage of OB triage from 7a-7p Monday- Friday, daily postpartum rounding and supporting primary labor CNM 7a-7p, and daily staffing labor & delivery from 7a-7p or 7p-7a. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
