A modern women's health practice is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join their collaborative team in Springfield, TN. Qualifications

• Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs experience preferred).
• NRP certification (preferred, not required) and BLS certification by start date.
• Additional certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and/or Lactation consultation are preferred.
• Value patient preferences/shared decision making in care
• AMCB certification and TN RN/APRN licenses by start date preferred
• NRP/ BLS certification by start date preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues and provide day-to-day expertise.
• Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients.
• Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients with RNs and OB/GYNs
• Provide first assist surgical support

• Attend skills training and drills for high acuity/low frequency events

We are looking for CNMs excited to join a dynamic and growing practice of OB/GYNs and CNMs in the thriving community in Springfield, TN.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and provide full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic including comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues (OB/GYNs; RNs; LCSWs; health coaches; lactation counselors; childbirth educators and other specialists)
• Provide day-to-day expertise and leadership on Labor & Delivery, including in-house clinical coverage
• Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients, working with RNs and OB/GYNs
• Provide first assist surgical support
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Attend skills training and drills for high acuity/low frequency events

Qualifications
