Unified Women’s Healthcare, the largest physician practice management company dedicated solely to women, is seeking a full‑time Certified Nurse Midwife to join Dr. Hyler & Associates. The practice serves the growing communities of Middleburg and Orange Park.

About Practice

• Locations: Three office sites – Orange Park, Middleburg, and Fleming Island
• Hospital affiliations: Deliveries and surgeries performed at Ascension St. Vincent’s Clay County and HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital
• Team structure: 6 Board‑Certified OB/GYNs, 1 physician assistant, and 8 Certified Nurse Midwives
• Call schedule: Call schedule evenly shared with team of midwives; contracted for 6 call days per month
• Patient volume: 18-23 patients per day
• Culture: Supportive, collegial, and dedicated to work‑life balance
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary Year 1: $90k+

Requirements

• AMCB Certified Nurse‑Midwife
• Graduate of a nurse‑midwifery education program accredited by ACNMA
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
• Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
• CPR and NALS certification
• Current unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Labor and delivery experience as a Registered Nurse preferred; new graduates welcome
