Qualifications

• Must be AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife.
• Must have a Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• At least one year of full-time experience as a CNM is required.
• Current unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• One year of full-time experience as a CNM

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
• Manage patient volume of 20-25 patients per day.
• Collaborate with physicians and other CNMs in a team environment.
• Coordinate care with Holmes Regional Medical Center NICU and OB hospitalists.

Our affiliated practice Hibiscus Women’s Center in Melbourne, Florida is seeking a Full Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). Hibiscus Women’s Center is a single-specialty practice. Our Certified Nurse Midwives and physicians function as a team to manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.

Full Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Position Highlights

• Join an established, growing practice with 10 clinicians: 3 physicians and 7 CNMs
• Hospital Affiliation: Holmes Regional Medical Center — Level II NICU, 24-hour neonatology, and OB hospitalists
• Volume: 20-25 patients per day
• Weekly Schedule: 2.5 clinic days/week + 24hrs of call OR 48hrs of call.
• Full scope midwifery care

Requirements

• AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
• Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
• Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
• Current unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• One year of full-time experience as a CNM
