Pratt Medical Group in Fredericksburg, Virginia is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join our established practice at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.

The CNM will provide low-risk obstetric care, assist with deliveries, and support newborn care while participating in after-hours rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified nurse midwife and eligible for Virginia licensure.
• 2+ years of midwifery or women's health experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
• Ability to manage low-risk obstetric patients through delivery and provide newborn care.
• Commitment to excellent communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide low-risk obstetric care from labor to delivery and postpartum.
• Manage normal newborn care and parental guidance.
• Collaborate with OB-GYN and hospital teams to ensure patient safety.

Job Summary:

Pratt Medical Group is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join our established practice in Fredericksburg, Virginia. ?

Qualified Candidates

• Certified nurse midwife
• Eligible to obtain Virginia licensure
• 2+ years midwifery practice or women's health experience preferred
• Ability to take after hour phone calls on a rotation of 1 in 5
• In addition to the after-hours calls it would be 4 -24 hour shifts per month.
• Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage low risk obstetrical patients through delivery and provide normal newborn care.
