Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO, seeks a Nurse Assistant Trainee to provide basic patient care under nursing staff supervision on a 30‑bed adult medical‑surgical unit (GI/GU post‑operative care). You will take vitals, assist with hygiene, and report patient condition changes, with a 7p–7a night shift and a $3 shift differential.

Eligible candidates include those completing a Nurse Assistant Training Program or holding a MO CNA license; MO CNA appendix acceptable; high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Missouri CNA license required or must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Completion of an Unlicensed Assistive Personnel program or Fundamentals of Nursing coursework with clinicals.

Responsibilities
