Spring Creek Care Center in Millcreek, Utah is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care in a supportive, team-based environment. You will respond to call lights, assist with mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and document intake/output while maintaining residents’ dignity and preferences.

We offer competitive hourly pay based on experience, a 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision and life insurance options, and generous PTO.

What you'll do:

• Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more
• Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs
• Document intake/output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families
