Job summary

NurseCore is hiring Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for Solvang and the surrounding area. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others, we want you on our team.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a daily pay option, and comprehensive benefits eligibility. You will take vital signs, document care, and help maintain a safe environment in a supportive home-care or facility setting.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required and CPR certification is preferred
• TB test within the last 12 months
• Physical exam completed as part of the onboarding process

Responsibilities

• Take and accurately record clients’ vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Document care provided, client observations, and treatments accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and established standards of care.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What You’ll Do:

Compensation

Pay range: $23.00-$25.00 based on experience, education, certifications, skills, location, and internal equity. May be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Eligible employees may access medical insurance, PTO, and other benefits per company policy.
