Job summary

NurseCore is hiring Certified Nurse Assistants in the San Antonio area. If you're compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others, we want you on our team.

As a CNA with NurseCore, you will take and record vital signs, document care and observations, and maintain a clean, safe environment while protecting clients’ rights and confidentiality. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA licensure in the State of Texas.
• Current CPR certification in accordance with American Heart Association standards.
• 1 year CNA experience in the last 3 years in a supervised setting preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Take and record BP, temperature, pulse and respiration.
• Inform clinical supervisor of changes in client’s conditions.
• Document care given, observations and treatments.
• Comply with policies and procedures of facility.
• Maintaining clean and safe environment for clients.
• Ensure and protect clients’ rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Complete other duties as assigned

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
