Job summary

Madison Health & Rehabilitation in Richmond, KY seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) / State Registered Nurse Assistant (SRNA) to deliver personal care in accordance with care plans and residents' wishes.

This full-time role offers 3 weekday shifts 7am–7pm, every other weekend, and a benefits package with tuition reimbursement, PTO accrual, and opportunities for growth within a family‑oriented, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Completed State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred; or equivalent education and experience.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are within reach.
• Checks residents unable to call for help and responds promptly.
• Provides direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
