Job summary

Kenwood Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with personal care and daily living activities on site in Kentucky. You will follow the care plan and collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort and safety.

We offer flexible scheduling (Full time / Part time / PRN), a supportive, family‑oriented workplace, and competitive pay with shift differentials and benefits.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs.
• Ensures residents who cannot call for help are checked frequently.
• Gives direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents as necessary in activities of daily living.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Ensures that resident's personal care needs are being met in accordance with Residents' wishes and Care Plan Objectives.
