Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Imperial in Naples, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team and provide outstanding care to our residents every day. You’ll work in a supportive environment with incentives and a staffing structure designed for success.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meals, infection control, and reporting changes to the supervisor; measuring heights, weights, temperatures, and vitals as directed. CNA certification and HS diploma preferred; experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in caregiving is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and coordinate with the care team.
• Assist at meals and support infection control policies.
• Record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and BP as instructed.
• Report any changes in residents' condition to the supervisor promptly.
