Job summary

Cadia Healthcare in Delaware is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and work closely with our nursing staff to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess DE State C.N.A. certification.
• At least 6 months previous CNA experience is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in admission, discharge or transfer of residents.
• Take and record weights and vital signs as assigned.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living (hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Pass meal trays and assist with meals as needed.
• Escort residents to meals, activities and appointments.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to licensed staff and document in EHR.
