Avalon Care Center Honolulu is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The role offers full-time day, evening, or night shifts, with opportunities for PRN day and evening coverage, and a $2.00–$2.50 shift differential depending on shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State and maintain certification throughout employment.
• Meet State requirements, including 12 hours in-service education.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing comfort while assisting Residents in achieving their highest level of function.
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Monitoring vital signs including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.
• Maintaining a safe environment and assisting with fall-risk precautions.
• Interdepartmental communications within care team.
