Job summary

Avalon Health Care Group in Pasco, WA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate daily resident care. Your responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, hygiene, dressing, grooming, safe bathing, taking vital signs, and keeping rooms neat and orderly.

The position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive facility, with eligibility for a $2.00 shift differential for evening and night shifts, and PRN options.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State.
• Maintain certification throughout employment.
• Meet state and federal requirements, generally 12 hours, in service education.
• Read, write and follow oral instructions and written directions to accomplish the job.
• Recent education or clinical hours are required.
• You need to be at least 18 years old.
• Pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine attestation requirements of either having been vaccinated or present documentation needed for a medical or religious exemption.
• COVID-19 testing procedures may be required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

What you will do for Avalon:
