Atrium Centers Frederic Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a CNA to provide resident care per care plans at a 60-bed facility in Frederic, Wisconsin. The role emphasizes daily living assistance, safety, and infection control within a compassionate team.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.

• Understand and practice infection control procedures.

• Report violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
