Job summary

Atrium Centers Grayling Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a dedicated CNA/STNA for a full-time role on 1st or 3rd shift in Grayling, MI. You will provide resident care according to care plans, assist with daily activities, and uphold infection control standards in a team-driven environment.

You must hold an active CNA/STNA license and have completed the CNA/STNA course. Excellent communication and reliability are essential, as is a compassionate service mindset and a strong work

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license to practice as a CNA or STNA.
• Completed CNA/STNA course with active state licensure.
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Follow and support infection control procedures.
• Complete required documentation, including vital signs.
• Immediately report any violations of Residents’ Rights.
• Support a positive, respectful environment for residents and families.
