Job summary

CNS Cares is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to provide compassionate home health care to clients in their own homes. You will work day or night on 12-hour shifts (8 a.m.–8 p.m./8 p.m.–8 a.m.), with weekend shifts available, and you will deliver one-on-one care focused on daily living activities and safety.

Ideal candidates have a CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including ambulation, personal care, and meals.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition and needs.
• Complete and maintain accurate client records.
• Provide one-on-one care in home environments.

CNS employees work in the privacy of each patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.

This position is responsible for assisting the assigned client(s) with Daily Living Activities including but not limited to: Ambulation, exercise, personal care, homemaker services, dietary needs and other daily life activities. In addition, this position will report changes in client’s condition and needs and complete appropriate records.
