Job summary

CNS Cares is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide compassionate home healthcare. The role involves 12-hour shifts (day and night), weekends, and opportunities for full-time or part-time work in patients' homes across Wrens, GA.

You will support daily living activities and report changes in client condition to the care team. We offer one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and benefits eligibility after 30+ hours per week, along with PTO, and health benefits including 401K.

Qualifications

• We require a CNA certificate.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including ambulation, exercise, personal care, homemaker services and dietary needs.
• Report changes in client condition and needs and complete appropriate records.

CNS employees work in the privacy of each patient's home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.

This position is responsible for assisting the assigned client(s) with Daily Living Activities including but not limited to: Ambulation, exercise, personal care, homemaker services, dietary needs and other daily life activities. In addition, this position will report changes in client's condition and needs and complete appropriate records.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide
• Valid Driver's License
