Job summary

Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Center in Winchester, Indiana, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing team.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will help residents with daily living activities, observe health changes, and document care while following Magnolia Health Systems guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be Certified Nursing Assistant or in an approved CNA training program.
• Should have patience and tact in dealing with residents.
• Must display good emotional health and be capable of standing, bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in residents health status to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Follow instructions and complete records under supervision.
• Document all care given and observations made while giving care.
• Follow Magnolia Health Systems guidelines in patient care.

Annual Wage Scale: $36,400-$56,160

About the Role: Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Center

is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants-

• To observe and report any changes in residents’ health status to the Charge Nurse on an ongoing basis.
• To provide assistance with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• That can follow instructions and complete records under supervision
• To document all care given and observations made while giving care
• That can follow Magnolia Health Systems guidelines in dealing with patient care

About you:

• Must be Certified Nursing Assistant; or
• In a State recognized and approved training program to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Should have patience and tact in dealing with anyone at the facility
• Must display good emotional health and be capable of extended periods of standing, bending and heavy lifting.
